President Trump released a three-phased plan for how businesses should reopen based on the advice of public health experts. While it is up to each state’s governor to set the guidelines for how they want to use this plan, it is wise for business owners to know this plan as well.

CDC Guidelines for Cleaning and Disinfecting

Families First Coronavirus Response Act

The FFCRA requires certain employers to provide their employees with paid sick leave or expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19. To date, the provisions of this act will be in effect through December 31, 2020. If your business meets the staffing and size requirements to be under this act, you will need to make sure you are following the guidelines set to provide paid sick leave and medical coverage to your employees that are affected by COVID-19.
