Yes, you receive a set number of new unique leads a month and each unique set will receive customized direct mail each month. That means by month 12 of the program, ARF will be direct mailing 1,200 or 600 unique leads with your customized information depending on the Membership Plan you pay for.
No, leads are provided by ARF based upon a nationwide random allocation process across all verticals being direct mailed.
On the customized Direct Mail, the Member will have a unique URL that drives the lead to your Landing Page on the ARF marketing website. On your Landing Page, their will be an “Apply Now” button that contains a unique Member App URL that drives the lead to a co-branded Application Registration Page. The Member App URL will track the lead through the ARF System.
Absolutely! The leads provided are warm since they are being direct mailed each month, but response rates are highly dependent on call behind follow-up. If you want the leads to perform you must call behind the direct mail. ARF will provide a script for calling behind the mailings.
Yes, ARF will provide a template for customization that cannot be changed due to the number of Members in the program.
If a lead is no longer open, please notify us and we will replace it. If the contact information has changed, please correct it in the lead database we provide you.
-Two points here. ARF owns the leads it is providing to you and yes you are obligated to offer ARF Products to the prospective leads. If you produce a loan application and ARF elects not to make an offer to a client, then you may provide it to other potential funders, but this lead will be removed from your on-going database and will no longer be direct mailed.
Yes, you may offer other products like equipment financing, SBA loans and CRE loans.
When you sign the new Referral Partner Membership Agreement, and you pay your Initial Membership Network Fee.
You lose your plan benefits, and your benefits revert to the Founding Circle Plan. That means you lose your database, direct mail, higher commissions, overrides, etc.

-The contract provides for an automatic renewal, so you will need to provide notice of termination in accordance with the agreement. If you don’t renew, you will lose your plan benefits, and your benefits revert to the Founding Circle Plan. That means you lose your database, direct mail, higher commissions, overrides, etc.
We will provide you with a writeable PDF Referral Partner Membership Program Agreement to provide to a prospective COI Member. The Agreement will have a place to identify you as their COI Network Leader.
As noted earlier, they will lose their plan benefits and revert to the Founding Circle Plan. That means you would lose the opportunity for overrides from that Member.
ARF will provide you with a monthly statement summarizing your commissions and the network fees and override fees being paid as a result of your COI Network Members’ fundings.
ARF is spending ~$5 annually for every $1 you are investing annually via your Monthly Membership Fees.

ARF will routinely call prospective leads provided to a Member to ensure the Member has not sold them a product other than what is permissible under the program.
The Member will be in default of their Membership Agreement, and their Membership will be terminated, and they will lose all program benefits.
Yes, if a Member fails to make their Monthly Payment by the 1st of the month, then they have until the 10th to cure and make their Monthly Payment. If they fail to cure by the 10th, they will have to pay a reinstatement fee equal to 25% of the Initial Membership Network Fee and that fee must be paid prior to the last day of the same month. A Member has no right to cure a Default when they have provided a lead, which was provided by ARF to the Member, with a competitive product to ARF.
