These Terms and Conditions (“2025 On Ramp Loan Product Terms and Conditions ”) will modify the ARF Referral Partner Membership Agreement and the Terms and Conditions thereto referenced here.

1.Capitalized terms used herein which are not otherwise defined herein have the meaning ascribed to them in the ARF Referral Partner Membership Agreement Terms and Conditions referenced here.

“On Ramp Loan Product” is offered by ARF for Merchant’s seeking a bridge loan to an SBA loan.  The On Ramp Loan Product which is a discounted rate TLRP with an interest only revolving period.  Approval for the On Ramp Loan Product is subject to the qualification requirements established by ARF for the On Ramp Loan Product.

2. Referral Fees for On Ramp Loan Product. The Referral Fees for the On Ramp Loan Product will be: 2% on Loan Funding and 2% as an Earn Out Fee.  Referral Fees for the On Ramp Loan Product are otherwise subject to the Referral Partner Terms and Conditions.

3. Term. The 2025 On Ramp Loan Product Terms and Conditions commences on July 1, 2025, and expires on September 30, 2025, and the Referral Fees due are based upon funded Loans within such time frame.
