A sales rep’s day is never the same twice in a row and neither are their deals. One day you may be faced with a challenging deal where you had to overcome a new obstacle. Or, you figured out a new way to sell a product that seemed to resonate better with a certain type of client. Your day is always filled with learnings but with the busy days that come with selling and closing, it can be hard to find the time to reflect on a deal and truly absorb what you learned from it. And, even more important, sharing your learnings with the team so they can improve as well.
