Celeste Deal-Maunoir is the Chief Sales Officer of ARF Financial, bringing over two decades of financial expertise to small business owners nationwide. She joined the company at its inception in 2001 and has been instrumental in its growth, funding more than $100 million in loans while helping countless entrepreneurs achieve their goals.

A 2000 graduate of Louisiana State University, Celeste has continuously invested in her professional development through advanced training at Harvard Business School (Financial Accounting Certificate) and Sandler Sales Training in both sales and sales management. Throughout her 24-year career, she has collaborated with thousands of brokers and played an instrumental role in developing ARF Financial’s sales strategy, referral partner programs, and key organizational initiatives that drive the company’s success.

Celeste serves as a board member for the Greater Houston Restaurant Association, where she recently chaired the association’s gala in September 2025. She is a sought-after speaker on lending and the restaurant industry, having presented at many trade associations and on podcasts for the National Restaurant Association. She has also been actively involved with the CFA Society Houston chapter and the Houston chapter of the Franchise Association.

Passionate about giving back to her community, Celeste volunteers her time supporting the Young Men’s Service League, where her two sons  are developing as future leaders. She regularly attends association events that support individuals with disabilities and children in need of additional support. Based in Houston, Texas, Celeste continues to lead ARF Financial’s sales organization with a focus on empowering entrepreneurs across the nation.
