National Senior Sales Account Executive
A National Senior Sales Account Executive serves as an outside sales representative, responsible for the acquisition of new commercial loans through our broker program. Responsible for the development of a portfolio of business and managing the financial needs of their respective clients over time. The Senior Sales Account Executive facilitates, through a relational and consultative approach. All aspects of the sales process including the identification of new opportunities; on-boarding referral partners and brokers; closing sales; and, providing outstanding customer service and follow-up.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Prospecting, hunter mentality
- Industry experience: finance and/or calling within the hospitality industry
- Consultative selling skills – ability to assess client needs and create solution
- Strong planning, organization, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong ethical principles
- Must be an aggressive, self-motivated individual
- Desire to guide own career
- Excellent time-management and phone skills
- Proficient using Salesforce.com
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding the Company’s vision and mission
- Meeting individual budget goals set by the Company
- Qualifying clients based upon their needs, credit history, and company’s underwriting
- Identifying new sales opportunities with prospective clients
- Communicating the Company’s value proposition to clients
- Proposing loan solutions to clients and reevaluating solutions when necessary
- Closing sales opportunities by developing loan packages to submit to underwriting
- Providing outstanding customer service post sale, developing the client relationship over time to facilitate repeat business
- Creating networking groups to build a referral network
