The annual Membership Network Fee may be paid via wire, via ACH or via credit card. Renewals are automatic, charged to the method of payment you provided in your agreement.

Commissions will be paid via ACH.  Commissions due from Loans (cash out) funded from the 1st through the 15th of a month will be paid on the last day of the same month.   Commissions due from Loans (cash out) funded from the 16th of the month through the last day of the month will be paid on the 15th of the month following when the loans funded

When you sign the new Referral Partner Membership Agreement, and you pay your Initial Membership Network Fee.

There is no minimum for Founding Circle. CEO Circle is an annual membership.

– The agreement provides for an automatic renewal, so you will need to provide written notice of termination in accordance with the agreement (by email or regular mail).  If you don’t renew, you will lose your plan benefits, and your benefits revert to the Founding Circle Plan.  That means you lose your higher commissions, overrides, etc.

We will provide you with a writable PDF of the Referral Partner Membership Program Agreement for a prospective Circle of Influence (COI) member to complete.  The Agreement will have a place to identify you as their COI Network Leader.

As noted earlier, they will lose their plan benefits and revert to the Founding Circle Plan.  That means you would lose the opportunity for overrides from the fundings from that Member.

ARF will provide a monthly statement summarizing your fundings, commissions, the network fees and override commissions being paid as a result of your COI Network Members’ fundings.

Yes, if a Member fails to renew their annual membership, then they have 10 business days to cure and make the payment.  If they fail to cure by the 10th business day, they will have to pay a reinstatement fee equal to 25% of the Initial Membership Network Fee and that fee must be paid prior to the last day of the same month.
