A new survey released by <a href=\"https:\/\/quickbooks.intuit.com\/r\/small-business-data\/small-business-survey-2023\/?cid=pr_TOF_QBB_press-release_US_EN_MMSurvey_June_22\">Intuit Quickbooks<\/a> reveals that business owners are turning to digital tools to automate many of the jobs they find most time consuming.<\/p>\n<p>A huge number of business owners who participated in the online survey (95 percent, to be precise) mentioned they have business goals in 2023 directly dedicated to promoting growth. In order to get there, they\u2019ve got some challenges to contend with: Managing finances and accounting came in at the top spot (40 percent of respondents), followed by inadequate time to complete critical tasks (35 percent) and handing customer-related issues (33 percent).<\/p>\n<p>With these challenges in mind, small business owners plan to lean on digital solutions that can assist in streamlining and automating some of those operations. Seventy-three percent of SMB owners are looking closely at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibm.com\/topics\/artificial-intelligence\">artificial intelligence<\/a> (AI) for some major help.
