Here\u2019s what you need to know.<\/p>\n<p>Digital marketing is in a class all its own. Consumers today operate almost entirely online, doing everything from shopping for groceries to buying a car via a cellphone or tablet. If a task can\u2019t be done online, a lot of customers won\u2019t even try. <a href=\"https:\/\/datareportal.com\/reports\/digital-2022-time-spent-with-connected-tech\">Research reveals<\/a> that the average global internet user spends nearly 7 hours a day online; if that\u2019s where everyone\u2019s attention is going, then we can safely say that\u2019s also where a small business owner should be focusing their marketing strategies. A lot of business owners don\u2019t have the time or resources to unpack the expansive world wide web\u2014and that\u2019s where heavy hitters like Mastercard are hoping to help out.<\/p>\n<p>Research conducted by Mastercard found nearly 50 percent of small businesses are in \u201cgrowth mode,\u201d with their sights set on expanding operations in some capacity. Mastercard Digital Doors\u00ae builds on the company\u2019s\u00a0global commitment\u00a0to financial inclusion, pledging to bring a total of 1 billion people and 50 million micro and small businesses into the digital economy by 2025.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Within the Marketing Hub customers will find a slew of resources in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mastercard.us\/en-us\/business\/overview\/grow-your-business\/digital-doors\/marketing-hub\/content.html\">Knowledge Center<\/a>, crafted to help small businesses overcome marketing challenges, expand their digital capabilities, and grow their business. The Marketing Offers section houses discounts on digital software and programs like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.triplewhale.com\/\">Triple Whale<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/signup.hootsuite.com\/\">Hootsuite<\/a>.
