If you take out a loan, you\u2019re going to be paying it back with interest. Depending on what your interest rate is, this could be a decent chunk of change. But when you bring in an equity partner at a certain percentage, you\u2019ll actually end up owing them more money in the same amount of time because they are entitled to a percentage of your profits.
