{"id":37929,"date":"2021-06-23T14:42:50","date_gmt":"2021-06-23T18:42:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.arffinancial.com\/development\/?page_id=37929"},"modified":"2024-07-10T13:42:58","modified_gmt":"2024-07-10T17:42:58","slug":"rp-associate-membership-terms-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.arffinancial.com\/development\/rp-associate-membership-terms-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Referral Partner CEO Circle Membership Program Terms and Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row content_placement=&#8221;top&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1651536682338{margin-top: 0px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;40px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">2024 Loan Stars Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">(Paid CEO Circle Members with Membership Expiration Dates of July 1st, 2024 and After)<\/h5>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=&#8221;custom&#8221; border_width=&#8221;3&#8243; el_width=&#8221;20&#8243; accent_color=&#8221;#cd9d2f&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1720014436661{padding-top: 10px !important;}&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_column_text]These 2024 Loan Stars Referral Partner Loyalty Rewards \u00a0(\u201cLoyalty Rewards\u201d) are being provided exclusively to ARF Referral Partners who were active and in good standing in ARF\u2019s CEO\u2019s Circle Member Program as of July 1, 2024.\u00a0 The \u201cLoyalty Rewards\u201d referenced herein are in addition to the 2024 Loan Stars Referral Partner Rewards Program (\u201c2024 Loan Stars Rewards Program\u201d) referenced <a style=\"text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.arffinancial.com\/development\/rp-terms-and-conditions\">here<\/a>. ARF has discontinued its CEO\u2019s Circle Membership Program effective as of July 1, 2024, and is automatically enrolling all Members in the 2024 Loan Stars Rewards Program and providing its current and active CEO\u2019s Circle Members the additional Loyalty Rewards as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. \u00a0Rebate of Membership Fee.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CEO\u2019s Circle Members will be entitled to receive a pro rata \u201crebate\u201d of a portion of the Membership Fee paid during the current term of their Agreement, from July 1, 2024, through the end of their Membership Expiration Date (\u201cRebate Period\u201d).\u00a0 The \u201crebate\u201d is conditional and will be deemed earned and payable only upon funding of the next new Loan they refer during the Rebate Period. \u00a0\u00a0Renewals and TLRP Draws shall not be considered new Loans for the purpose of this rebate.\u00a0 The amount of the rebate will be equal to $83.33 (if the Network Fee or Annual Renewal Fee paid was $1000, or $41.67 per month if the Network Fee or Annual Renewal Fee paid was $500, or Zero if there was no Annual Renewal Fee paid) for each month remaining under such Members\u2019 existing term of their Agreement inclusive of the month the next Loan funds.\u00a0\u00a0 For example, if an active CEO\u2019s Circle Member\u2019s existing term of their Agreement started on January 1, 2024 and expires on December 31 2024, and they funded a new Loan in August of 2024, they will receive a rebate of $416.65 which is equal to the remaining months, inclusive of August (the month the Loan was funded), remaining on the term of their Agreement (i.e., 5 months multiplied by $83.33 assuming Network Fee or Annual Renewal Fee was $1000).<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.\u00a0 Network Override Fee.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The 2024 Loan Stars Rewards Program provides all Network Leaders with a Network Override Fee of one percent (1%) on completed Loans funded by a Network Member (that they recruited and referred) for Referrals made by such Network Member for a period of 24 months from the date of Validation of the Network Member.\u00a0 \u00a0In the case of current CEO\u2019s Circle Members who are Network Leaders, the Network Override Fee for all their Network Members validated prior to or during 2024 shall be extended to July 1, 2027.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Continuation of Windfall Investment Program for CEO\u2019s Circle Members Exclusively.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ARF has discontinued the Windfall Investment Program.\u00a0 However, current CEO\u2019s Circle Members shall be entitled to make an election to make a Windfall Investment for all Loans funded through the expiration of the current term of their Agreement. Any existing Windfall Investments will continue to be paid in accordance with their terms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.\u00a0 Qualification for Loyalty Rewards and Exclusions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All rebates, rewards and compensation to be paid under these Loyalty Rewards are subject to the general qualification requirements for compensation as set forth in the 2024 Loan Stars Rewards Program and the Referral Partner Membership Agreement Terms and Conditions as referenced herein.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.\u00a0 Term.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The term of the Loyalty Rewards commences on July 1, 2024, and expires on December 31, 2024 and all rewards or compensation due are based upon funded Loans within such time frame, except as expressly provided herein, i.e. Network Override
