My name is Michael Potiker, and I’ve been working with restaurants my entire life, first as a food and beverage photographer where I began to notice that many of the owners I worked with had a need for fast and affordable bridge financing and working capital.
My unique approach to solving the problems frequently confronted by restaurant owners have proven time and again to benefit their businesses by enabling them to expand, remodel, and address a multitude of issues ranging from partnership buyouts to inventory acquisition.
I look forward to discussing our unique loan products and know I’ll be able to provide a winning financial solution for you. Industry experience counts, and my years of working with restaurant owners and independent small businesses provide me with valuable insight that is extremely beneficial to the extremely busy restaurant owners I love working with.
Restaurant owners call us first because we are not a cash advance or factoring company. We have nothing to do with your credit card transactions. The financing you receive is a loan which makes the interest you pay tax-deductible, resulting in a lower overall cost of funds. The payments you make are fixed and will not change during the term of the loan – as your revenue grows you keep more of it.
Contact me at (858) 256-5727, email me, or fill out the quote form and I can get you an immediate, customized loan proposal.
